[tlug] A4 not letter

Hi,
OpenOffice and Adobe Acrobat insist on defaulting to "Letter" paper,
instead of A4. Should I be hunting for settings in these applications,
or something more central? I don't see page size mentioned when I do a
printenv.

P.S. Fedora Core 5, using CUPS for printing, if that matters.
