I am starting to mess about with Ruby on Rails finally. Whilst getting
everything set up on my laptop, I stumbled across the following
article in the Gentoo Forums:

It looks to be a great guide to getting Ruby, mod_ruby, Ruby on Rails,
and some of the useful base libraries installed.
