procmail isn't an MTA, it's an LDA - local delivery agent. sendmail (or
any other MTA) hands mail off to procmail for post-reception filtering
and depositing in local users' mailboxen.

He may well have meant Postfix. I sometimes confuse procmail and
Postfix in speech, since they both deal with mail, both start with the
letter 'p', and both have two syllables. :)
