Subject: [tlug] flash player 8
Just curious if anyone knows a way to get flash player 8 on linux.

I understand the linux version is going straight to 8.5 and I could find
macromedia betas only in windows/Mac versions.

The one open source program I could find, GNU Gnash, only handles up to
7.0

a friend is expecting me to watch the Miss Universe Japan competition,
tonight from 7:00 pm, www.missuniversejapan.com and that site requires
flash 8.
