I've been looking around on the net trying to see if there are other ways to diagnose what the problem with my printer is.I came across the "lpinfo -v" command, which gave me the following output: dave@example.com:~$ lpinfo -v network socket network beh network bluetooth direct usb://Canon/iP_3100 direct hp:/no_device_found network http network ipp network lpd direct parallel:/dev/lp0 direct canon:/dev/lp0 direct epson:/dev/lp0 direct canon_parallel:/dev/lp0 direct canon:/dev/usblp0 direct epson:/dev/usblp0 direct canon_usb:/dev/usblp0 network smbDoes the fact that it says "direct hp:/no_device_found" give any indication of a problem?-- Dave M G
