Actually, with a specific "Subject: " readers could decide whether or not to read a letter without having to open the letter first, so I'm making it easier to skip letters.

Sounds reasonable, but you are the king of title changing (and yes,
"title" does indeed mean "subject").  But hey, I would *rather* change
the title of each and every message than leave it alone.  If that's what
people like, I'll gleefully comply!  I suspect most people would prefer
that not be done however....
