I read this and had to laugh.  When I saw David's post, I thought, oh
yeah, right--as if they'd put something there that a newcomer could
actually use.  I could see them reviewing it.

"My goodness, what's wrong with this????  He doesn't say, 'You'll have
to add three things to the kernel.  See the kernel howto, the device
howto, the scsi howto for details.'"

"Yes, and look here--he gives an example.  Oh my, and he explains what
the example means, and why it's done that way."
