- Subject: [tlug] Invalid scancodes on the console!
I feel a little foolish asking this, but it has begun to get on my nerves today! I have installed Fedora Core 4 and during the installation I chose a Japanese 106keyboard as my keyboard setting. I tend to use ssh from another computer to do all of my work on that machine so I never noticed a problem. However, when I login from the console on that machine locally, I get a number of scancodes quite regularly (whether I push a "japanese" key, push a regular key, or push nothing at all!) The keys seem to be in the right place, but I constantly get these errors. Would anyone know how to fix this little annoyance? Sincerely, David
