[tlug] Firefox search plugin for pgp.mit.edu

I wrote another Firefox  search plugin: PGP-MIT-EDU, which searches
the MIT PGP Public Key Server[1] for public keys. You probably want to
grab it from Mycroft, since you can do an automatic install:

http://mycroft.mozdev.org/download.html?name=pgp.mit.edu&submitform=Search
