I've also found that to be non-trivial--to the point where I never
figured out how to do it despite some extra help from Josh. Perhaps
Gentoo has a better setup, but I wasn't able to find such an option in
either ArchLinux or FreeBSD.
One ugly workaround that pretty much works for me is to paste a page
into OpenOffice which seems to automagically convert to PS2.
I haven't followed this thread, however, I'm guessing that the question
is how to print Japanese web pages.
