As a kind of newbie admin, there is little that I can usually contribute,
but when it comes to humidity, I have this -- labels.
Keep your label sheets in big zip-locks with those bucket-type dessicants.
One Japanese office worker told me he keeps them in the chiller. In the
heat and humidity of southern Kyushu, the adhesive goes bad before we get
a chance to use them, otherwise. Then when you try to print on them, the
labels come off inside the printer. Horrid.
