[tlug] Akhiabara maven

I'm passing through Tokyo Nov 7 and 8, and with very little time to do
it "right" I need someone who really knows Akhiabara on the 8th. 
I'm a serious gear-head, but I move fast, so I promise I won't bore
someone silly.  BTW --- if you also have some spare time to do
some net admin moonlighting we can call the adventure a "job
