[tlug] access from "localhost"

Hello all,

I am running Apache 2.0.x on Debian and this is what I
observed from Apache's log:

localhost - - [29/May/2005:14:25:37 +0900] "GET
/tmp/filename HTTP/1.1" 206

An access from "localhost". I wanted to block it and put a
"deny from localhost" xD to /tmp/.htaccess but I wouldn't
work. I know it is some kind of proxy but how  can I block
it? It is eating too much bandwidth :).
