I typed in http://www.tlug.jp which took me to 
http://www.tlug.jp/index.php ; I followed the link to mailing lists, 
http://www.tlug.jp/list.php but failed to notice the mention of the Top 
Secret username and password within the main text. I did go to some page 
(I now forget which) in which these Top Secret strings appeared on the 
left, but they were so carefully disguised as something other than Top 
Secret (I'd been expecting one of those barely decipherable graphics or 
similar) that I failed to understand their significance, thereby proving 
incontrovertibly that I am either (a) an absent-minded genius or (b) a 
moron (and I suggest you put your money on (b)).
