It seems that you can only reach this page by accessing the archives,
then clicking on the mailing list link. Kinda bass-ackwards, eh?

I thought that we used to have the username and password on one of these pages:

http://www.tlug.jp/listpolicy.php

Any good reasons that it should not be on both? If I hear no
reservations by the end of the week-end, I will Make it So(TM).
