This patch adds a PCI device, reworks the firmware extract script a bit so
that it can deal with the supplied driver CDROM, and adds Japanese
documentation.  I have my doubts that it will be fed back to the master
project, though.

It's nowhere as bad as, say, the jpine patch was.
