Hi,

I have a question about wireless support (centrino) on a ASUS M2400 laptop.
I cound not find anything on the web so far and probably this is because
centrino wireless has not been supported for a long time under linux.

I installed suse 9.1 on a Dell laptop and wireless worked fine. Now doing
the same experiment on an ASUS M2400 did not result in the hoped for
success.

Yast does not complain - it finds the wireless card and configured it (DHCP)
but no network connection could be established. Currently it's configured as
/eth1
I tried ifdown /eth0 to maybe avoid interference with the LAN card but no
success.

Does anybody has an idea where the problem might be and what to look for?
