- Subject: [tlug] video processing software?
Hi all, I have made many attempts on convening my video tapes to digital format. The latest finding is LiVES, http://www.xs4all.nl/~salsaman/lives. It may have a future, but still is a freaking alpha at the moment. I got to the point where I'm willing to pay couple of hundred bucks for a program that will flawlessly do such rudimentary tasks as cut & paste video fragments (while not breaking audio synchronization) as well as primitive video effects. Any advice? For some reason rms's idea isn't working in this area :( His ideas are great but my time may be more valuable than the cost of a suitable commercial program. -- Viktor
