There's only one store I know of in Tokyo selling SuSE 9.0.  It's in 
Akihabara and is called... um... Patte (sp?).  Actually, though, if you 
don't mind getting Fedora, just buy it in a Japanese magazine.  The 
program itself is the same.  For Japanese users, they select Japanese 
during the install.  If you want English, go with English.  There's no 
need for an English magazine.  I'm using SuSE 9.0 and like it well 
enough, but it's a lot easier to get your hands on Fedora and a magazine 
will only cost something like Y1,500 while the boxed set of SuSE 9.0 is 
about Y10,000.
