I use Thinkpad 570E.  Since i have max memory of 384MB, i am saved.

Yep, i think OEM licenses are bit cheaper  and anyway some other OS will 
be out by the time the h/w is ready to be trashed.

Well, i think i am going to go with DELL PCs.
