I understand your point, but I have found somewhere an internet article "Does Sco has UNIX ownership?" or something like that, that substantially states that Novell didn't transfer to SCO all the UNIX copyright etc... but only the right of using them. In this case, there should be no possibility for SCO to claim anything, or not? What do you think? Alex
