It will work with Exim for sure (a quick Google will get you instructions on 
that).  I don't know if it works with Postfix or not, but Postfix is pretty 
good.  We process many millions (I can't say how many millions, but it is 
indeed many) of mails every day on Postfix.  Not one machine, of course :-)

GOL uses Clamav, they tell me it's good.
