Hi,
I am in India and sometime like 2 months ago, Acer brought out a laptop
with Linux pre-loaded for 50K Indian Rupees.
1US Dollar is approx 47 Indian Rupees.

I havent used Acer before, but I thought I would just mention. They have
also brought out Linux pre-loaded desktops.
