I will be the one to officially comment on this thread, then. The official
list policy document does not explicitly say, "No Top-Posting!!!". I will
correct this problem in the next revision, as most TLUG members consider
top-posting poor netiquette.

Thread-hijacking (i.e. hitting some variant of "Reply" in your email client
and then changing the subject line) is strictly forbidden. It buggers up
our archives.

I think you would benefit from reading Scott Robbins's doc on netiquette:
