I use these servers jointly run by CRL, NTT, IIJ and MFEED:

ntp1.jst.mfeed.ad.jp (210.173.160.27)
ntp2.jst.mfeed.ad.jp (210.173.160.57)
ntp3.jst.mfeed.ad.jp (210.173.160.87)
