[tlug] Public NTP Servers in Japan

Hello,

I would like to use NTP to keep the time synched on my
home workstation, but I can't to find any suitable
stratum-2 public NTP servers in Japan.

http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/clock2.html
just lists one in Japan (ntp.cyber-fleet.net) but I
can't synch to it for some reason.

Is anyone else out there using NTP at home?
