The quality isn't the greatest (don't get me wrong... it's not bad), but they're readily available and well supported (http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/). I like it. And now with NAT support directly in GnomeMeeting (GnomeMeeting 0.94.1 is out!! - http://www.gnomemeeting.org/index.php?rub=1&pos=5), things should be much smoother. I used to use GnomeMeeting with a RSIP setup (http://openresources.info.ucl.ac.be/rsip/), but that's no longer required (or an H.323 gatekeeper, etc.).
