These are supposed to be symlinks to 'libtiff.so.3.5' and
'libjpeg.so.62.0.0' respectively. My guess is that during the upgrade or
the install of WKP, they were somehow replaced with the actual files.

Try moving them somewhere else (or just deleting them) and running
ldconfig again. If you are sure you dont need the 'libjpeg' and 'libtiff'
packages that own the files these links point to, then 'rpm -e' them.
