:)  bah NTT.  For whatever reason, though, here in the states at least,
PacBell seems to have a much faster provisioning time than any of the other
DSL providers (10 days from initial order call to technician at my house
plugging it in).  Even more surprising, since almost all of their
competition has recently gone tango-uniform.

Must be NTT.  They don't have to care.  They're the phone company.

You'll get DSL a lot faster if you call Eaccess, Tokyo Metallic,
or one of the ISPs that get their DSL service through them.
