NT) are considered by some off-topic (even if combined with a Unix-related post) but have been ruled to be OK (as long is there is substantial Unix and/or open source content). Job and product postings referring at all to non-open-source products are hardly likely to go without adverse comment. Products whose open-source status is questionable are likely to be questioned.
