Lynx is linking w3.org, at least the Debian package does.  I don't
have time to retrieve source right now.

I bet you'll find a linkup between Red Hat and HTMLhelp.com if you go
digging.  Or if you announce on Slashdot, you may find that Red Hat
produces a My Face Is Red announcement and fires a developer.

One more reason to Just Say No to Red Hat.
