You are right. I was *fooled* by the link for HTML4.0 on lynx help page
--- lynx_help_main.html of lynx-2.8.3 rpm from redhat, so its possible
that its redhat'd doing. Thought they are mirroring w3.org -- obviously
not. Strange that the link in lynx help for the html validator also
points to www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator and not validator.w3.org.

Wonder why lynx should promote such sites.
