I highly recommend the Net Volante.  Having used a box with a TA
attached to do routing, and having used an ISDN router doing
NAT to do the same thing, I'd say there is no comparison - everything 
just works a lot faster with a router.

Beyond that, you can configure it by hooking a console up to it, and
by telnet, and you can do it in English.  Those are valuable features
you don't get from a TA.

A Net Volante probably costs twice as much as a good NEC TA, but I
think the price is well worth it.
