Or use 192.168.1.0 or 192.168.111.0 -- 192.x.y.z is Class C so by
default most stacks will give it a 255.255.255.0 mask, even though the
"modern way" is CIDR (classless).

As for the problem itself, I would hazard a guess that the wireless
router doesn't know that the 4-port router is its gateway.  Try
traceroute to someplace on the internet to see what the routers think
they are doing.
