Our local Exim guru says you can do this internally with Exim.

BTW, it is customary to use our names around here.  If there is a 
business reason why your name needs to be set to Linux Engineer
<tlug@example.com>, perhaps you could sign your name at the bottom
of the mail, so we know who you are?
