Hi!

I'm translating a text for university about 小子化 and in there  
someone became 男女共同参画会議の影響調査専門調査会 
会長
I know that 男女共同参画会議 is the council for gender  
equality and I know that
影響: is an effect
調査会: is a research group
会長: is the leader of that group
but I do not get what the 調査専門 part is.
Does anyone has an idea how to translate this term (影響調査専 
門調査会会長)?
