That was a ThinkPad 235 (Pentium MMX 233MHz, 64Mb RAM), with the
Java 1.2 for Linux from blackdown (someone mentioned that now there's
a new release candidate available), that doesn't have a JIT compiler.
But even so, Ark run reasonably fast.
