*sigh* ... because our old buddies at yew-dub didn't include makefiles for
the slx option in the pine and pico subdirectories.

symlink makefile.lnx to makefile.slx in both directories.

I've put a newly-generated patch against a virgin 3.96 on the tlug server
(same spot as the other pine stuff) that fixes this problem (and includes
the -lcrypt, -lncurses, pw_encrypt() changes).

Edit the patch file to keep the old ones from being overwritten.

I'm of the firm opinion that pinej sucks, by the way.
