Go 2 or 3 cross-streets past T-Zone (on that side of the road), heading
in the direction of Suehirocho Station, then go right and almost
immediately left down a narrow street/alley.  If you got the right one,
there will be a sign for a topless joint of some sort on the right.  VNC
is 50 - 100 feet past that, on the other side.  8th floor.
