Hi everyone, I figured out a solution to that problem. It seems that fbcon doesn't like XFree86's hardware cursor option (hw_cursor). With a Riva 128, it's neccecary to manually force it off by adding the following line to your XF86Config file in the video card definition area. Option "sw_cursor" Yours, Austin K.
