tlug: enscript support for B5

I was playing around in the 1.6.1 version of enscript I downloaded and it
has a lib/enscript.cfg.in file in the source which has the following
lines.  I want to know if anyone has ever successfully played with this so
that it has a legal setting for other typical paper sizes in Japan like
B5, B4, hagaki, ...  Since my printer is an HP DJ, I also wonder if I can
just delete the plain media definitions.  I guess I will leave them in
there in case I get another printer...
