	I can live without Japanese headers, but how serious are the
"decoding MIME headers" bugs? Does this mean just the headers, or does
include MIME messages as well?

I've been thinking of moving to XEmacs and VM for the longest time,
but have been waiting for the "imminent" next release of XEmacs. From
what I gather, 21.0 is fairly stable; any comments, recomendations?
