tlug: mail archive and search software

Hello,

	I'm in the market for email archiving and web bases searching
software. I would like to be able to search both English and Japanese
email. I vaguely remember someone mentioning chasen or some such thing
to do the indexing. Is this the thing to use?

And yes, topic police, this will run on a Linux box :)
