Hello, Typing ifconfig eth0 gives me this: eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:20:18:63:33:A1 inet addr:210.227.134.242 Bcast:210.227.134.255 Mask:255.255.255.240 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1 RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:0 errors:49 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:98 collisions:833 Interrupt:3 Base address:0x240 I can ping it from the console, but not from an other machine. Any idea what is the problem? The card is a ne200 ISA Renaud. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Next Technical Meeting: February 13 (Sat), 12:30 place: Temple Univ. ** presentation: XEmacs, by Steven Baur and Martin Buchholz Next Nomikai: March 19 (Fri), 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 ------------------------------------------------------------------- more info: http://tlug.linux.or.jp Sponsor: PHT
