	Thanks. TL3.0 seems to have a broken tcl installation, so I
have to fix that first :( It comes up with an error:

error reading package index file /usr/lib/tkX8.0.0/pkgIndex.tcl: syntax error in expression "[info tclversion] < 8.0jp"
error reading package index file /usr/lib/tclX8.0.0/pkgIndex.tcl: syntax error in expression "[info tclversion] < 8.0jp"
Error in startup script: can't find package Tkined 1.4
    while executing
"package require Tkined 1.4"
    (file "./tkined" line 12)

tkined was trying to load /usr/jp/bin/wish8.0jp , which does not
exist. Changed it to /usr/bin/wish8.0jp and now it gets the above
error.

Any help for the tcl illiterate :)
