tlug: dump botch message

Hello,

	Doing dumps last night, I got a strange message: "master/slave
protocol botched" 

Any idea what this means?

|   DUMP: dumping (Pass III) [directories]
|   DUMP: master/slave protocol botched.
|   DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.
