I'm staying at the New Otani.  Kinda pricy to drink at a bar there,
though, so I was thinking more along the lines of something behind
Akasaka-mitsuke station (izakaya, yakitoriya, ramenya, whatever).

I'm not scheduled to arrive at Narita until 16:25, so I probably won't
be checked in until 20:00 or so.  How about meeting at the top of the
stairs at Akasaka-Mitsuke station at 20:00?  We can keep checking back
every half-hour on the 30m mark until we collect everyone.

Seem reasonable?
