tlug: Mutt-J RPM?

Does anybody know where I can get an RPM of the Japanese-patched Mutt?
Off the mutt.org site I found a path to a deb package, but haven't forund
an RPM.

Or, failing that, there was some talk a while back about a package that
converts .deb to .rpm, but I can't remember its name or whether people
thought it was good, bad, or ugly.  Any leads on that one?
