For root or for swap?

He's not going to need that much for swap.

If you're talking about root: BS!  For TL, yes, it's damned near
impossible to get the base install down to less than 90 MB.  That's
because the installer forces you to install crap that you don't need.

If one is not doing development or X, there is _no_ reason why a basic
install should take up more than forty megs or so.
