Dang. Well, I've already bought JAS tickets to come down to the meeting,
so whether it's tangible or liquid doesn't seem to make a lot of difference
at the moment. ;->  The "research" funds paid for the trip anyhow...

I might suspect that it was put off out of respect for Craig, and the
hopes that he might return. Seems that he's not, though I only read the
main list and haven't heard anything on this lately.

As the Japanese custom is to tie up loose ends before the end of the year,
this indeed seems like the time to do it. And, if we make it a combination
of meeting and bounenkai, then we can all get really drunk and get the old
anal-retentive nastiness of the past behind us (so to speak!!).

A) I'm not a TL user, per se.
B) I'm not "old-guard".
C) I've been hanging out on tlug lists for about 2 1/2 years and have learned
   quite a lot of great stuff here. I'd really hate to lose this resource.
