Well, I've already bought JAS tickets to come down to the meeting, so whether it's tangible or liquid doesn't seem to make a lot of difference at the moment. ;-> The "research" funds paid for the trip anyhow... Or is there a reason I might suspect that it was put off out of respect for Craig, and the hopes that he might return. Seems that he's not, though I only read the main list and haven't heard anything on this lately. SS> that we have done so up until now? And, if we make it a combination of meeting and bounenkai, then we can all get really drunk and get the old anal-retentive nastiness of the past behind us (so to speak!!). A) I'm not a TL user, per se. B) I'm not "old-guard". C) I've been hanging out on tlug lists for about 2 1/2 years and have learned quite a lot of great stuff here. I'd really hate to lose this resource. -- David Riley Hachinohe Institute of Technology 88-1, Myo, Ohbiraki Hachinohe-shi Aomori-ken 031-8501 JAPAN http://w3.clat.hi-tech.ac.jp/ ---------------------------------------------------------------- Next Technical Meeting: 12 December, 12:30 *** place TBA *** IMPORTANT: TLUG is looking for a venue for the next meeting if you could host in your university or office, please contact us Next Nomikai: 15 January 1999, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 ---------------------------------------------------------------- more info: http://tlug.linux.or.jp Sponsors: PHT, HSBC Securities
